28º. Products warranty

Texaderhogar guarantees its products, in the legally established terms, for a period of 2 years from the delivery date.

Likewise, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Deficiencies caused by misuse, negligence, improper treatment or manipulation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use, will be excluded from the guarantee.

When the use of the guarantee is justified, it will be decided to replace the item, discount or return, in the legally established terms, in the absence of these two options, the price will be reduced or the contract will be terminated. These actions will be free for the consumer and user.

Said gratuity will include the necessary expenses incurred to correct the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially the shipping costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials.

The guarantee will lose its value in cases where:

  • The purchase invoice is modified, altered or replaced.
  • If the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired.
